Great place for entry level person to get on the SaaS train! Indeed Featured review The most useful review selected by Indeed. You start out here as an entry level person that schedules inbound demo’s people initiate through the website.

There’s no quota–so everyone shares in the lead lists–its essentially training wheels for outbound which is what the previous reviewer had mentioned. Once you complete scheduled meetings that are handed to you you get promoted to outbound where the completion pay is higher but so are the stakes, and workload. Lots of cold calling – The base salary is pretty generous depending on where you live.

There is no micromanaging here. As long as you’re hitting 15 consistent dials per hour you’re not gonna have any issues. Where in any other job can you just take a 15 minute unscheduled break? As an inbound SDR you’re paid by the hour and expected to work by the hour. This is baked in your base Was this review helpful?

Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Report Share. After first it feels like one big giant family all working together which is an awesome feeling. The managers and TD’s make it feel like they truly have your back if there is ever a problem. But in reality you’re just a worker making them money.

No more, no less. Your a dollar sign. Heaven forbid you have a personal emergency. Ugh, they give their “employee sources” And how its really important to take a day because mental health is important. And when it feels like your world is crashing, your suffocating, you still make sure your manager and team lead are in the know and up to date because “they are there to help you succeed, they fire you without a care in the world.

Pros Work from home option, cool breakroom, nice compliance prize. Cons benefits aren’t great, management lies, research teams do the grunt work but everyone else is recognized. Yes There are 2 helpful reviews 2 No. What people like. Areas for improvement. Love it! Zoominfo is a great company to work for. They do a good job of training and recognizing good employees.

They organized and quick to make good change. Yes No. Zoominfo has built an incredible product and culture. As an Account Manager, it feels great to sell a product that is objectively best in class. With this massive growth, expectations are high, but quotas are generally fair and attainable.

Cons Long hours at times. Lots of great benefits and incentives. Pros Amazing PTO, good pay, fun place to work, full benefits, bonuses, room for advancement. Cons None. Rate your recent company Share your experience to help others. Not only are we selling the 1 tool in the sales intelligence space, but we make it a point to create a welcoming and encourage culture. There is not a single department at ZoomInfo that doesn’t help another out.

We use “Kudos” here -an employee appreciate tool- to give our thanks for our colleagues and the more Kudos you get, the more you able to use those credits to buy ZoomInfo swag. That just says so much about the kinds of people we hire and attract here. It’s play hard, work hard, no doubt about it. Pros Best product on the market, put in hard work and you will be rewarded.

Cons If you’re lazy, don’t even apply. ZoomInfo is the most competitive environment I’ve experienced since playing college sports at a very high level. Starting out you get the worst leads and have to climb out of the bottom of the barrel.

You truly have to fight and prove yourself by closing tougher leads before getting the cream of the crop that other senior reps continuously receive.

But once you get there, it’s beautiful having great-fit, net new inbound meetings on your calendar every day! The commission is pretty good. The unlimited PTO is nice too, although it’s kind of a trap because hitting quota is hard enough as is without taking time off If you don’t like to compete vs.

Excellent opportunity to grow and develop professionally, not much work life balance Sales Enablement Current Employee – Waltham, MA – September 28, ZoomInfo offers employees many opportunities to grow and develop professionally, whether that’s honing their craft in their existing role, or moving laterally or vertically into other roles within the organization.

The hardest part is that the culture does not provide for much work-life balance, and due to extremely rapid growth, most departments are understaffed. Pros Growth opportunities, compensation. Cons Lack of work-life balance. Once in a lifetime opportunity Sr. ZoomInfo is a company with amazing vision and leadership.

Its ability to acquire and quickly assimilate new companies into the work culture, tech stack and selling motion is unparalleled, and they are just getting started. If you are a results-driven hard worker get on board this rocket ship.

ZoomInfo is full of smart people who work hard every day. While it’s nice to be the market leader, sell the highest quality and priced solution, and to be enabled with the world’s best technology, it’s the quality of the people and their work ethic that makes ZoomInfo a great place to work. Pros Very high earning potential. Competitive environment. Innovation is rewarded. Jobs at ZoomInfo. Customer Onboarding Manager. Sales Development Representative.

Web Designer. Senior Web Designer. Sales Development Representative I. Excellent but challenging role in regards to time management. There is a lot happening with several recent acquisitions. ZoomInfo continues to excel and grow its business which is great for account management. Pros Flexible Remote Work. Earnings Potential here is real. It’s software sales, it’s a grind, that’s the case anywhere. The number is always going to get bigger, that’s the priority. Not saying it’s a bad things, if your goal is simply to make as much money as possible at any cost, it’s genuinely a great opportunity.

If work life balance is a priority, probably not. Thera are a ton of issues I had with this company so let me break it down one at a time: 1. Leads – As an inbound sales rep here, you rely heavily on your inbound leads. I get maybe 2 a day and both are usually bottom of the barrel leads.

A couple people from my class who were liked started booking CEOs and VPs and all my leads were bad job titles who would never need our service. They also promote based off of favoritism. I was constantly a leader in dials made and outreach effort but never booked because my leads were that bad 2. These lists are people who have inbounded prior and nobody has been able to contact.

Only issue is… SDRs going after the same 3 lists is a nightmare. Its very aggressive and SDRs fight all the time over who called who first. Well below industry standard. You are just a number. Pros Work from home, large tech stack, decent base pay. Cons Day to day tasks, favoritism, stress. Yes There are 7 helpful reviews 7 No. Work is a little repetitive but my team was great.
