I tried hovering over the “X Working Offline” which reads “All Accounts Are Working Offline”, so doing a right click to change something is not an option.
I tried looking into the accounts under the Control Panel; my options are “Family Safety”, “Mail” and “User Accounts” – none of which had anything that I could find regarding an option to “work online”.
