I know this has been widely discussed. One of my Win10 machine suddenly show “No Audio Output Devices in installed”. I did the standard troubleshooting. I have tried many suggestions from the Web. But nothing seems to help.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Thanks for your feedback. Thank you for the reply. As mentioned, I tried many suggestion on the Web for No Audio Device installed. I also has an KVM switch with Audio. So I have a USB Audio in Device Manager too. However, under Sound there is no device listed.

I think the issue is not audio driver since both Intel and USB audio show fine in Device Manager but not in Sound setting. For the testing, I connected a Lenovo USB docking station to the computer.

The docking station has USB audio and I also have a Plantronics wireless headset connected. As soon as connected the dock. I see Plantronics headset and Lenovo USB Audio in Device Manager.

But Sound settings still show No Audio Output device. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another. Any content of an adult theme or inappropriate to a community web site.
