It was there when I was using win 7, the problem started when I updated it to win The functionality for windows 7 and windows 10 is different Shiblee1. This is the reason I requested the make and model of your system so that we can check if your device manufacturer has provided driver updates for such functionality.
So to make it clear precision touchpads have inbuilt settings in windows 10 but devices that donot have precision touchpads will need to install additional drivers if the manufacturer provides them for the same functions. I am using Hp 15 notebook pc Rest of the information are given above in the picture.
