Great place to learn and grow in sales. I have worked here for 3 years and cant honestly say Dell has been good to me for the most part.

My only complaint is the pay. It is fairly low compared to what other companies are willing to pay. The salary is a target salary meaning if you hit your quota every quarter here is where you will land. So your guarantee base is well below average. The remainder is heavily taxed because it is sales commission. If you live in a city where prices are constantly inflating because of so many people moving there and you are a single based income household I would not recommend this as a stable income.
